I would like to ask from experts what are the causes which makes trainee's time period so long. I found some of the points
1. No effective training materials.
2. Practical training required.
3. Lack of trainer.
Please add your views on them.

Dear Bachan,
Couple of vital points you have missed. One is learning environment in the company. Second is learning attitude of the individual and third is grasping capacity of the learner.
Mere trainer being very good is not sufficient. You need to have that kind of learners also.
Ok...

Dear Mr. Bachan,

I second to Mr. Dinesh. Let me share my views with you.

Recently i had trained NIGERIANS and INDIANS on EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. The kind of FEEDBACK i had received from NIGERIANS is MIND BLOWING when compared to INDIANS. The reason for receiving such a wonderful feedback from NIGERIANS is

1) THEIR EXPOSURE TOWARDS ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND VOCABULARY IS COMPARATIVELY HIGH WHEN COMPARED TO INDIANS

2) THEY WERE MORE INTERESTED TO LEARN NEW THINGS AS THEY HAD DEMONSTRATED LEARNING ATTITUDE.

3) THEIR GRASPING CAPACITY IS ALSO RELATIVELY HIGH

4) I FOUND NIGERIANS WITH "DOWN TO EARTH(ATTITUDE) PEOPLE" AND THEY TREAT INDIVIDUALS WITH GREAT RESPECT

5) EVERYDAY THEY SEEK INPUTS FOR IMPLEMENTING, WHATEVER THEY HAD LEARNT, FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE.

Honestly speaking, i haven't shared any training material with them because, my experience says that, most of the participants haven't utilized their training materials effectively, hence, there is no need to waste paper. I had succeeded in making them to make a NOTE OF RELEVANT POINTS, that could of great help them for having EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.

Dear Mr. Bachan,
To be frank, there is NO PERFECT SOLUTION for every ISSUE/PROBLEM in this world. In similar way, there is NO PERFECT TRAINING CAPSULE that can deliver PERFECT & DESIRED INFORMATION associated with the TOPIC. It is our PERCEPTION/INTERPRETATION which is linked to our ACTIONS and associated OUTCOME.
Don't try to be a PERFECTIONIST which is never to happen because we are HUMAN BEINGS and we will be learning till our death.
Kindly focus on PERFORMANCE FACTORS aligned with ORGANISATION's OBJECTIVES and EMPLOYEE GROWTH FACTORS. Don't forget to take care of your employees well. After receiving proportional compensation, if they FAIL to PERFORM, "MANAGEMENT MUST INITIATE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM".
Last but not the least, "TRAIN RIGHT AND RETAIN RIGHT"
With profound regards
