Have a look on www.iibp.org.in (It is a not for profit organization) set up by association of Business Psychologist to set standard in practice of Psychological services in business. The website has publicly available documents on standards and information for general public about assessing the quality of the programs.
If the organisation you have found for programs, is listed there as verified or accredited provider, you can rely on the quality. If it is not listed, you can do an evaluation by yourself using the materials from the website.
