Dear Friend,
My option is, if your having good PF accumulation balance, kindly withdraw the total amount from the PF. Because your getting interest on PF 8.5% per year. But if you take home loan, other than the initial and other procedural charges, you have to spent 2 to 3% of the loan requested and interest on the home loans also available from 12% to 16.5%.
Second option you may go for bank home loan, if your income tax assess as your home loan payment with interest together upto Rs.1,00,000/- exepted from income tax.
Third option going for company loan but any time, if you think of relieving from the company and join somewhere, first you have to settle your loan and to move away. This is more risky,
It all depends on your current situation please.
