Iam working as an HR in a software company of 100 employees.i want to collect feedback on every employee from ther colligues it is very important now because ,there are misunderstandings between different project teams,so i want to collect the feedback from the employees first and then try to solve the problem.It is very urgent seniors please try to help me out with a very good format.

However, to get reliable results it is better that the survey is done by an outsider. It is possible to set up an on-line survey where people can give anonymous views. But, if follow up questions need to be posed to get clarifications, it is advisable for people to give their names. So, how you conduct the survey depnds upon various factors. Have you any previous experience in conducting surveys and analysing the responses. I have; hence I am rasng questions.
