Are you out of your mind?? this is not an ethical demand that you are making here on this professional and esteem place. How can you ask us for this??? Do you have any idea what you are asking about here...
Well I would suggest you to please avoid this in future. If you want the sample CV/Resume format, can go to Mr. Google for this but should not ask anybody on this place for this kind of stuff.. this is a professional place and peoples are here to share knowledge, experience, to learn and for guidance, not for this kind of things..
Hope you understand what im trying to convey ...

Dear Satyasarathi,
I am also a recruiter and know that SAP is one of the profiles topping the list of higher no. of fake cvs. Hence, your question is quite valid.
One of the tips to identify fake cvs is that wider area of work is covered in cv. Moreover, you may invariably go for antecedent verification check.

You are right Mr. Santosh and I buy that but we are here talking about adding fake experience (FAKE PROFILE/CV/RESUME).
There is no one who was never ever fresher in his/her life; we all have started from 0. Being a fresher one have to give a start to his/her career life on basis of strong education and understanding of a subject/field which is a basic requirement. And if one will start his/her career life with adding fake experience in profile, he/she can do so but how will one get the actual and practical experience. And you are also well acquainted with it. Do not take this as a “FRESHER” but it is a beginning which is not a crime.
And who told you that freshers can’t get placed or can’t get any good job. Guess you forget about Campus recruitment where none of single experience candidate can be found.
For SAP profile, I wanna say here that one need to earn required qualification first and need enhance his/her skills so that one can show the recruiters a good candidature.

I cannot understand why you are so defensive and offensive about fake resumes. It actually poses as a headache to recruiters and companies. Training costs escalates. Kindly take cognizance of the matter and advise accordingly. Kindly control the urge to be judgmental. Try to keep a neutral view of things.
Sathyasarthi First, as far as the problem goes you might go for a background verification post selection of the candidate/existing employees, the depth of which depends on the level/position. There are companies which will assist you in this.
In case you cannot afford them, you can always verify what is on resume by seeking references from their previous organization. You can ask them to fill a ref check form and have it sent through mail id. Where there are bulk hires, its best to outsource this job.
Second, a small aptitude test/practical demonstration will go a long way to catch the fakers. If you are working as a recruitment consultant, you may collaborate with your client on how to catch such candidates.
Thirdly, if the skill set is an absolute pre-requisite for the job, then any remaining apprehensions can be removed in the interview(recommended to seek client's help).
Lastly, it's not easy to catch all the fakes at the same time. They keep innovating so even you need to innovate. Try to look for data inconsistencies, and prob it in an interview.
Most liers will generally flounder.

Hey.. I have faced fake candidates and I know the pain. You are right, using fake resume is wrong indeed. However, here Sathyasarthi may be new in HR and may be facing the same problem in identifying Fake resumes. So, I think before blaming anyone, one should know and make sure what is the intention of other person. I am sorry if you felt bad about any comments or words in my post.

Hi,
I think making fake resumes is very wrong. One who has suffered because of it, is ought to be offensive about it. Anil Arora (Lucky) might have thought that Sathyasarthi is looking for sample fake SAP resumes so he is being judgmental, though it is wrong. However, his concern is right. He might have quoted it in other words and get the intentions of Sathyasarthi clarified. I am sorry if any of my words, comments or intentions in this post hurt you.
