Mr. Packaiaraj has given a nice detailed form for HR related activities. In case you mean internal audit of an organization, it will include all accounts, production and marketing activities also. In such case the list will go up again.
An internal audit procedure can be made depending upon the nature and type of business/manufacturing.
So more than a standard format, it is the internal auditors ability and understanding of the organization which guide him in a proper auditing
