Hi,
I'am an MBA(Marketing)+BE(Mech.)& currently working in Dubai.
I've a total experience of 02 Yrs & 03 months (all of dubai).
I wish to relocate back to india. I want to know that will my experience be counted in India & is it right to relocate.
Also, if I relocate to india after 2 years than will it be a problem?
Please advice.

HI the first thing I wanna know about your decision to relocated to India. Why you wanna came back to India? Are you having any problem in your job there?
See you have more then 2 years of experience, so you looking better opportunity in India for you or have any other
reason behind that.
Second you have a good qualification and experience and definitely it'll be counted in India, there is no problem at all but the same you'd have to answer the Indian recruiters that why you have relocated here India. I have few of friends who have relocated to India from AbuDhabi, and other Sahara countries and i have never heard anything from them that they have experience anything wrong bcz they were working out side India...
Dont worry but again i would to tell if you have not strong and valid reason, dont think over this change. You can continue there with your current employer.
Best of Luck for your future

Hi
In what field you have the experience ??
With reference to relocating to India, you what Anil has said is right, give a solid reason for job change, relocation also can be a valid reason.
However for salary, you need to match your expectation with that of India's job market, dont expect to convert UAE salary in Indian Rupees and expect similar or hike on that. Research the Job market and find out the salary range.

thanks for your advice Anil & Hussain.
My reason to relocate back to india is as I'am here on contract basis which is about to expire after 6 months.
I think that this is the right time to go back to India as many experts say that the more you spend time in gulf, your experience is not counted.
I want to know if I take an experience of 4-5 years or more in gulf (or dubai) will I get a decent job in India as people say its very tough in India to get a job in gulf expereince.
I'm currently in Steel Sector.
Also if you can give me some advice to how to get into another sector like FMCG.
Waiting for your response.

Dear again you haven’t mentioned your position and job role except your qualification.
Well, first I wanna tell you that there is no need to be too scared about getting a job in India and don’t worry ok!!
I told you in my earlier massage that I personally know many of people and have friends who have relocated to India from Dubai and other Gulf area. And I have never heard the problem you are talking about here.
I also have worked with a European Country and can understand your situation what you are into but again, I would suggest you to think over this change. I agree with Mr. Hussain there a big the currency and economic differences between these two countries too and we all know that. Maybe you cant get a salary package that you are getting there in Dubai and after some time in India, this made you realize as your BIG MISTAKE.
Ofcourse, In India the job market, scope and future of Experience is big valued too but it dosent mean that the peoples who have worked and are working there cant get a good job here with their Gulf and other Country Experience. I personally and profession don’t think so.
Think over your decision again and if you still wanna do that, you can without a fear.
