I am starting new start-up. I have hired 12 freshers (all are different sectors).
3 freshers: Marketing
3 freshers : Content developer
2 freshers : Designing
3 freshers : IT trainee
In start, I have to train them to work efficiently and for minimum 6 hrs per day. My work mostly will be like
1) marketing strategies
2) to search from internet,
3) make materials etc.
I just want to know,what is the best way to work in this environment,how I should train them and daily work planning and motivation ,weekly evaluational,Kindly help in this regards.

I like your query, its interesting to understand how the workflow can be managed for virtual teams.
You have mentioned the training program for your team. I guess you would be required to follow up with them to measure their learning and growth as well.
What about the dashboard? Do you have anything designed , a software or an excel sheet? How would you track their work?
I am sure you will be using skype try. It allows document sharing . Here's a list of documents, softwares and resources that I complied , for managing virtual teams.
