General Growth Graph in this kind of work profile is you will either stay in the consultancy and grow to become team leader, Business Development Manager, Unit Manager or Branch Manager.
If you remain involved in the complete business transactions then you can further opt for sales and marketing, specially service or concept marketing profiles in the job market with other corporates..
If you remain involved in Recruitment side of activities,, you can specialise in HR and seek opportunities in Corporates. to begin with you would be offered something in recruitment and then gradually over the years with building experience and learning efforts you may explore other specialist areas such as T & D, MIS, PMS, or all in one generalist profile.
