what do you say the smart way of performance appraisal.
What would be the best and easiest way of doing the performance appraisal.
In my organization my boss decides based on their performance done in past few months.
But my team is asking me the parameters of assessing the employee for the hike or promotion. Which is not happening here.
It would be always diffuct to judge them based on their past work performance, there should be something which should be taken in to consideration while doing the performance appraisal.
Few may come up and few may not be identified. In such situations its getting difficult to find such employees among the other.
If I ask the lead, sometimes the team lead may show some partiality towards few employees which might be a problem for such employees.
I am facing these problems very much, please suggest me what should I do in such situations.
How do I help my organization in finding the right employees to be appraised on right time.
