Dear Mahfooz-ur-Rahman,
I would suggest there is no need to formulate Bonus policy.Bcoz policy is framed by employer but in case of bonus you ve to adhere the bonus rules as per The payment of bonus act .for example amount of bonus to be distributed is calculated by set on & set off rules & the percentage is also minimum 8.33 % and maximum is 20 % which is applicable to all employee earning below Rs.10000/-
of course you can make a policy on Incentive.
