Hello,
The contractor's is his employee and enjoys no direct employer-employee relationship with the Principal Employer.
This fact makes it clear that the one with whom he (the contractor's employee) has direct employer-employee relationship will have the responsibility to pay Bonus under the act if it is applicable to him!
This advice is subject to the contract between the Contractor and the Principal Employer not being SHAM!
