Greetings,
A background verification process requires a set of documents as attached below. Please implement them accordingly. When your interview process is over, at the offer approval stage, please get the declaration letter signed by the candidate. This will enable your firm to initiate a background verification on him/her.
This needs to be followed by the Background verification form. This form needs to be filled by the candidate. The supporting documents, i.e the photo copies of all the certificates needs to be verified with the originals and signed by the candidate.
Finally, get the reference check form filled by your back ground verification team. The questions included in this form is as per the industry standards. However, please review them before implementing for your company.
You need to align all these documents to the internal requirement of your company. Please share your queries as you work further on this.

Hello everyone,
I need to prepare new a recruitment policy i'am confused how to prepare, as what should i consider in
first-the designation or salary
second - An employee has been hired previously he has around 2+ years of experience in web and now shifted to ERP services
but the problem arise here is that offer which was made to him was of asst application engineer and his salary was 14k
and also he has a probation of 6 months,and sooner or later he will come to know that his colleagues are having more packages then him ,which will create the problem for us i'am in a confusion how to resolve this problem and form a new recruitment policy for the company.Please help me out for this.
