SECOND, SEGREGATE THEM INTO JOB FAMILIES AS PER OCCUPATIONAL CLASSIFICATIONS- TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATION, PROFESSIONAL, ETC.....
THIRD, PLACE THEM INTO AS PER THEIR IMPORTANCE AND MERIT IN ORDER OF MOST IMPORTANT TO LEAST IMPORTANT IN VERTICAL LEVELS OF JOBS FOR PLACING INTO HIERARCHYCAL GRADES LEVELS......
