Hello Subhrat,
Does HR management needs balancing body chemistry, relative higher voluntariness of brain waves and enhance ability to perform? Here is the summary of my programme which may be of some body's interest.
SUMMARY
is getting westernized and west is getting easternized.
Let east be re-esternized.
2. Traditionally when an younger Indian used to bow down before
elder he/she used to bless as:-
Ayushman bhaba or Dirghayu bhaba.
This course exactly blesses you with the above blessings. When
you rise up in the morning please remember the blessings:-
AYUSHMAN BHABA/DIRGHAYU BHABA.
formula to march ahead is:-
Health Power/Longevity= f(RxHT/UHT)
Where
f=function,
R=Resilience,
HT=Healthy thoughts and
UHT=Unhealthy thoughts.
5. The Pancha karmas.
i. Practice of the mantras
ii. Practice of alpha/theta brain wave exercise.
iii. Practice of theta brain wave exercise
iv. Practice of beta brain wave exercise.
v. Practice of Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
6. The Test.
Before going to bed at night please go to the mirror. See if your face has become brighter than before. As you progress, you will see that your face will become brighter and brighter.
7. Course Director.
Dr. Jogeshwar Mahanta, a seeker and finder and neither enlightened nor a perfect person but in last 6 years his medical bill is NIL.
