- Salary budget allocated for each hire : Few roles would have a bigger budget than others . Hence, you may have to include Car allowances and sodexho. But for lesser amount you would have to keep the basic format.
- Benefits allocation based on the business model you may offer a detailed mediclaim plan for the employee and his/her family from the day the employee joins. You may even change it for the plan to be activated post probation to avoid administrative costs on attrition. the sum assured would depend entirely on your organization budget. Other benefits such as relocation, city allowance are based purely on business needs .
- Legal and sectoral standards to be maintained: Please make a study on the mandatory legal standards to be maintained . You may have to follow the salary format which prevalent in your sector.
