Dear if your are in business for income proof creation prepare income certficate with any auditor
if you are taking salary from your business prepare that in your balance sheet with auditor adn make form 16 for you of your organisation with Auditor certification.
or an form 16 can be given only to teh employer to their employees, or you might have to prepage form 12G for income proof as a professional or consultant but everything certified by a account auditor with proof of income, investment and expenses as per IT act limitations
pl contact your accounts auditor for this purpose for more clarity
