Recruitment & Selection Module - Doc Download

hi,
M shruti Bhandari and currenlty on my summer internship with a company in knowledge industry.
i am going to specialise in HR in my MBA course and so as a part of my project m suppose to prepare a module specifically to suit Recruitment & selection.
kindly guide me on the same as to what all topics need to be incorporated with recruitment & selection.

Even I had done my summer interns on the same topic...Please find the attachment it contains the introduction part or u can say what is recruitment and selection all about...My project was company specific so can give this much information only....Hope it helps u....
