Hi,
I am a foreign national and i have been working for India for 3 years . after completing the first year , I move to another company Y
and asked for my PF withdrawal which happened without any problem from the company X.
Because of the new indian government rules , Imy company was obliged to terminate my contract and i got suprise to know
that i can not withdrawal my PF as per a new government rule .
My questions are the following.
1) Is this Rule for the PF withdrawal concerned me as my recrutement happen before it got published ( hire on august 2008)
2) for my PF withdrawal , is that mean that I hace to wait till 58 years ??
What is the procedure to get it back later as i am not anymore in India ???
