1. As per Indian law employer can't force employee to work for even a single day. Now a days employer are doing lots of things against the law like forcing employee to serve complete notice period, holding salary, relieving letter and exp letter.

2. Holding relieving letter and salary is against the law.

3. No one can touch your Pf at all. PF is the only this that is completely your. Even if you file bankcurreptcy or if face sevre punishment ..... govt can't take yor PF.

4. Campany will no do anything. Will send only one letter. that will not have any legal importance.

5. tough question. Depends on the HR...... but for sure you will get if you go to the labour court.

At present i am in the same situation..... where I have left company and company didn't pay me last month salary, exp letter and relieving letter.

I have sent legel notice to employer and awaiting you reply. If that don't reply and clear my dues then I am planning to go in court. I am claiming 5 lacs for mental harrassment.
