My employer has denied to give salary after working one month onsite. As I raised the issue and ask them to pay my dues they fired me without notice. I ask them to clear my dues then I will leave the organization they misbehave and threatening me. Please help me to get my salary and lead would be highly appreciated.

CLAIM FOR REINSTATMENT WITH BACK WAGES & CONTINUITY OF SERVICE:
If you were employed in the capacity of workman, you file a dispute u/s 2-A(1) of the ID Act,1947 against the employer before the Labour Officer/ACL for the area where you worked last.
CLAIM FOR UNPAID WAGES:
Simultaneously, if your last drawn salary was Rs.24000/- or less, file a claim u/s 15(1) of the Payment of Wages Act,1936 before the DCL for the area; if it's more, file a claim u/s 33-C(1) of the IDA before the Labor Court for the area.

The claim u/s 33-C(1) should be filed with the Secretary to Govt, State Labor Department.
