Respected members, i just joined a co here as a trainee HR, very new 2 the concepts,i think it is high time that on sundays and on 2nd and 4th saturdays(holidays here) i go for classes to b clear with the practical HR things.I m looking 4 Institutes in Mumbai preferably in souty mumbai.
Plz plz help me and guide me,also 4 the salary processing i want 2 b comfortable with the use of Paypac software.

Attendance & Leave Management, in access control System & Non - Access control System environment.
Preparation of Monthly MIS & its analysis.
Recruitment: - Manpower Requisition form, points to be seen in MRF, Understanding MRF, Internal references by sending mail, posting it on Job portal, giving it to consultant, points to be observed while dealing with HR consultants., How to negotiate with the candidate. Points to be observed while closing the Position.
Induction: - Points to be incorporated in induction program. Hand holding or Buddy program for a new Joinee.
HR Audit points & ISO expectation from HR
It is Hands on Experience.
These are weekend classes, specially designed for working Candidates.
