You can study as much as you like but unless you gain some practical experience, that knowledge will be restricted to the books and paper you used to study with. If you have completed your MBA, try to find a job that will allow you to enter as a junior and then help you delveop your skills while supporting your studies.

Me too agree with joaneb bookish knowledge and practical experience is totally different it just adds to your personality but if you experience that will give fast growth in corporate world.

Hi Shivani,
You can also persue Diploma in Industrial Psychology from IGNOU or Symbiosis....
Also there are good workshops & Certified courses in Behavioural Training. I know 2 of them in mumbai. You can further investigate if you want.

Hi , After MBA start searching job in HR thats all.Experince can not be substitute for anything.side by side you can go for MHRM or T&D . Cheers Rajeev ........................

I want to inform you all, that I am working as a HR head in a company already have three and half years experience in HR trade but now want to enhance my knowledge for betterment in my career that's why needed help from you all.
