Hi Rashmi,
To give an honest feedback these are some of the things I noticed on the PPT.
The font size is good, however they are spilling out of the PPT.
The PPT looks more like a job description, I think it was intended to be so looking at the topic.
The background is very gaudy, you can select from a range light earth colors, unless this is your taste, you can stick to it. However as a student the background will be more attractive/distracting than the points you are trying to make.
