Could anyone help me out in preparing the Company mobile Usage policy because in our company most of client related employees like sales, consulting etc. are maintaining the company mobiles and we have to pay unlimited bills for them. So we have decided to prepare a policy accordingly and circulate to the employees so that they will be having control on their usage of company mobilies.

Here is a small suggetion you can try to implement this and prepare a policy accordingly.
Give a limited a mount for the employees it should depend on the grades or designation wise.
For example if he/she is a junior level employee pay them 500 buck and middly level 1000 like that you can devide the amount according to the company budget for mobile phone reimbursement.

You need to fix the limit basis the designation and work profile an indiviual handles.
Above that every thing should be charged from the employee.
Also you can go for corporate connections. Many telecom service providers gives corporates better tariffs on bulk deals.

For this, first at all contact to telecom operators for Corporate Plan and you have an option to choose the operater with viable plan as per your requirement and also study the operator service before final touch. Many operators are providing heavy discount on bulk deal. After that you may fix the budget on different slab as per the assignment given to them (ie. local, STD, and National Roaming and ISD etc) If the bill goes on higher side, detail can be study and reimbursement made accordingly if beyond budget.
