Hi Rajesh
As per my point of view, career objective is not looking sound enough and most important
frequently changing jobs..................and if you will write time sapn in front of
organisation name, instead of in last it will be helpful..........

my opinion : If I was a HR, 4 pages of reume` will "Exhaust" me a little bit. That gives no first impression to a HR....

in two years he has worked for 3 companies, & looking out for 4th one. Frequency of changing job is too high with this resume & that to a managerial post... It may be the key reason to get rejected.

As per my view, his first job is Area Sales Manager, No such company will give first job as Manager?

Thnaks for the inputs......some counter questions.......... 1st job started as Area sales manager since the organisation did not have a presence in Kerala and the designation was given because they had only one resource in Kerala. What to do? not mention the designation? Frequent changes ........wanted to move to retail therefore Subiksha after one year.........bad luck .......Subiksha closed down .should that be mentioned in CV?
Then joined next company ...had to quit due to family circumstances......
Need yur help in revising the CV.....

as per my view, the difference of fonts in any letter or communication is very bad impression, secondly the headers are very huge as compared to story font size.
The resume should be presentable, with same size and pattern of fonts, arrange it as per above comments.

I wouid rather say, put the note for Subhiksha as it was not your fault whereas for 3rd company change, you have to elaborate during the interview. For Area Sales Manager, I dont think it should give a problem for a company as everyone knows in and out. But yes, make the resume presentable. About the length of resume, Pages are sufficient, but include more of your roles and responsibilities, reports you made, work you supervised.

1) Try and limit your CV at the most in two pages.
2) remove the repeating data.
eg club work experience and previous work experiences.
3) Correct all the grammatical errors. you can easily do it by auto correct option in MS word.
4) Maintain a constant style through-out your resume
