I would like to promote the sell of my concept ( not a product , it is a kind of service) to automotive manufacturing industries, for this I am developing my team. Now team is ready to demo the concept in the same industries. My qustion is, "can my company employee registred under the Sale Promotion Employee ( Condition of Service) Act 1976"? This act exist in phamaciticule industries. But as per rule, central government can notified to other industries apart than pharmaciticle Ind.

There is no registration under the Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions of Service) Act but it is made applicable to the employees (of pharmaceutical ) companies. If you set up a service establishment, what you have to do is to take registration under the State's Shops and Commercial Establishments Act. For this contact the District Labour Officer/ Asst Labour Officer of the area.

Yes, the government can include employees of other industries but I do not think that any more industries are included in it. For better understanding please contact the Labour Officer, preferably the Office of the Asst Labour Commissioner (Central) of your area.
