An employee gets salary of Rs.3,000/- per month. He worked in deepawali. Act says Double wages. how much amount he will be paid for the particular day?

PM Salary : 3000/-
P Day Salary : 3000/26 days = 115 (rounded)
P Hour Salary : 115 . 8 hours day = 14
So double salary for No hours worked on Diwali = (X hrs worked x 2) x (14) i.e P hour salary

Same as above, since you are already paying his monthly salary na....for 30 days.....which is including the weekends...right don’t get confused..okay
