Tips to develop KPI - need a HR KPI excel to use - don't know what I have to do

Dear All, I am HRM of a small company in Vietnam. I want to do KPI for HR. I need a HR KPI excel to use. But I don't know what I have to do.
If you have a KPI multiplicates excel, please give me a copy.
