Would like to know the in and out of entire Expat Mangement: Kindly help me out if some one have good stuff on the same with supporting judgements of relevant laws:-
a) How to handle official formalities once Expat joins in a company?
b) Salary structuring and payouts to Expat, Legal implication of opening Bank accounts of Expat
c) Are there some sort of returns to file by employer w.r.t Expat, if yes, where and formalities to be performed?
d) Expact Accomodation, if employer abide by some rules to search for expat accomodation?
e) Statutory compliance w.r.t Income Tax and providend fund?
what would happen to PF contributed by Expact if expat leaves the company in short period say in 7th month of his employment?, procedure for his contribution withdrawl etc, how expat file return of Tax deducted and how expat can avail tax credit for any deduction etc.
Would appreciate speedy reply.
