But there is no subsitute for hard work. Being a student you must make it a habit to read books.
In your instant query you have said you wanted to know all about Industrial Disputes Act 1974. It is actually 1947.
What I will advise is that you read all about the ID Act and then ask specific quetsions on matters that you do not understand. Merely asking for information will not help you very much.
Like many other senior members of the CITE HR, I too would be most willing to help you, so long as you too are willing to help your own self.
Ask as many questions, you will get all the answers, so long as you are ready with the basic knowledge about what to ask.
