Hi All,
I am working with a new startup company. They not able to take portal connection immediately. But we have some IT requirements. How to get
resumes without having portals and contacting other consultants.
Can any body specify some resume portals where we can access the contact details of the candidate?
This is a plea to Experienced IT Recruiters!
Thanks in Advance.

Hi,
This is purely your experience that can take this task.
I am not aware on any portals that can provide you with the Candidate contact details without signing an agreement with them.
But its the time i think you have to prove your ability in sourcing candidates with all the other options that you can think.
Revert back to me with your creative ways of sourcing else shall help you out depending upon the kind of platforms that your company works.
Give it a shot am sure lot of us can go with lot of such available optiions.

Abhi

Dear KVRKHRM,
Iam nithya , Iam an recruitment executive.... I just started my carrer 4 months ago.
It is really a good question .......
If you have requirement of the freshers , you can approach colleges , IT Training institues and so on.
If You want only experienced candidates you must Take up the strategy of HEAD HUNTING..... It involves contacting the companies and try to recruit... But this must be done in an ethical ways.
Job portal is an important tool for Recruitment. But all the requirements cant be filled just with the use of job portals. We must opt for other strategies also
If any other queries feel free to ask me.....
Regards

you can find free portals at naukri-2000.com
this is the time you have use your personal contacts/network.
try to get contacts from famous recruitment consultacies which charge from the employer.
if your company is affordable to pay the sourcing fee, then use top consultancies which charge from the employer / get private contacts. it works imemdiately. but remember in this case, no one will help you if they wont get benefited monetarily.

Dear KVRKHM,
The best source is your internal reference policy scheme, instead of paying it to consultant you can that amount to your own employee that will motivate them and it will help to increase the goodwill of the company too in the staff.
Because your existing staff can understand organisations exact requirement and they can refer the good match candidates and again working with friends brings a enthusiasum ans zeal.
