Hi Shimit,
It's a good analysis on Amazon & Yahoo. However, I think u should come up with some conclusion also. I mean how the company should develop its strategy based on this SWOT analysis.
Thanks,

Too amateurish.
I think even a tenth-grader preparing for competitive exams can do a better SWOT analysis on a complex case.
I am worried about the OVERALL RANKING of your B-school.
KINDLY KEEP THIS SITE CLUTTER-FREE.

"SWOT Analysis"
The article on SWOT would have become more attractive , if you had extended it by adding recommendations for strategic decisions i.e., Best course of action to overcome weaknesses by capitalizing stengths to take advantage of opportunities available in the present market situation and hedging againt threats.
Keep it up, best wishes

PLEASE. No more such uncalled-for SWOT ANALYSIS
My dear hyper-enthusiastic friend;
Kindly spare the members, any more of such strictly-academic-assignment-oriented SWOT analyses. The Professional Members of this forum; who passed B-School when the current batch of B-School student's were on their mother's knees ( a favorite phrase of one of the IIM-C prof.; sorry for becoming nostalgic); have NO USE WHATSOEVER OF SUCH SWOT ANALYSIS - they do their own, whenever so required.
Alternatively, *which is a more useful suggestion), why dont you start your own blog of SWOT ANALYSIS, and send a link here, so all those who are interested can FOLLOW YOUR BLOG, happily ever after.
Regards.
