What they like about their work place

"Its been a great experience working with Infosys - A perfect career launching pad. The exposure w.r.t the clients, technology has been amazingly good. In a nut shell I enjoy coming to office every day."

What they don't like about their work place

"Infosys has been really good to me however its the time to move on and make some good career moves. Infosys talk a lot about there employees carrer planning n all, however things are a little different inside it becomes very difficult to grow in the orgnaisation doesnt matter how good/visible you are in the company. My recommendation - if you want to join or gets an opputunity to join Infosys at entry level GRAB IT, Middle level its not the right place.. Somehow i strongly believe they are still a very much desi company."

The talent which comes after training is very much compatible to work in the real time env. Here every one focuses on the talent which successfully competed there training. Did any one think about the students who commit suicide in there training due to the immense pressure put on them by this second largest company of india. Its not all about the cowardliness of the students to not to handle this pressure and took a bold step but its all about the firm which has such a big repo all over the world and was not able to stop this. There might be something which is bothering students in training might be to maintain there performance level or wanted to meet there parents expectation or insecurity for there career. I am not saying that you deviate from your training standards but you should understand what students wants, It is on our failures that we base a new and different and better success, so you should gave a chance to students so that they will not took this bold step of suicide.

It is true that Infosys is a great organisation. But it should look at whom they are recruiting. These boys and girls are Just out of college without any real world experience.

Just to show to their clients that they have enough bench strength ,Infosys hired thse Kids from college and Expect them to excell. The amount of information they put in their minds is very high and there is a presessure from the management that if the student fails in monthly exams they will not be taken in the company.

Even after the successful completion of taining the candidates are put under high pressure environment that weak prople will obviously go into dipression.

If somebody walks throug the corridors of Infosys you can see the dull and dim faces of its employees. They arr just walking like robots. Even while eating also they are not in this world.

We should appricate the way Infosysis has grown from a small indian company to a global business house but these companies are built on human capital and if the raw material standards are getting hurt it will be very difficult to attract and retain talent in future.

Benefits:
Good work environment
Good infrastructure
Supportive managers and colleagues
drawbacks
To get a role change is very difficult in the organization. After a while if you get bored doing the same job then it becomes difficult.
