This is vague and confusing statements just written essey for the sake of writing something from one forum provided by consulting company who now I believe has no checking and control what their consultants are writing........
Very much uselss and time wasting elements being discussed. For novice and enexpereinced HR professional shall not read to get carried away with any syndrom of MERCER consulting because this report does not stand to their reputation at all.
