No some org practice differently as we see mostly Indian org give very fancy designations therefore to counter this more from interpretation perspective they have changed the designation before role and after role.
A. Product Manager or B. Manager - Product
A. Product Defines the role this could be individual performer
B. Here product defines a group or team. But this defines a team as a whole or department.
Seems bit confusing but these are some standard practice which few org makes specially who have intl. presence more than 50 + countries b'coz as per intl standards Manager is one who has team to manage which specific organizational level priorities affecting bottom lines directly.
Hope this clears your doubt.

Hi all,No more diff...asha is correct ....but in proffesional manner it should be like this ....
Manager- HR
ABC LTD.
dont use ...
HR Manager
ABC LTD
as i am thinking....u r representing your dept with such designation...so ur designation should be cme first....
u cant say I am HR....but u hv to say I am Manager -HR.......i am interacting with u all..i kno that u all are from HUMAN RESOURCES ...but i dont kno -wat is ur designation...so ur value is ur designation not dept........

I think Executive HR means first he become Executive in General and after experience become HR therefore Executive HR without formal educational MBA -HR qualification.
Second one is HR Executive is first qualified MBA-HR become HR Executive.
