Hi Shilpa, If you are happy with the current company, then dont change now, since you have spent only 7 months and stability matters... Swati

sorry I dint see your reply that you are not getting salary on time.
If that is the case and you feel that the profile offered (by the educational institution) is as per your expectation then you can always give it a thought. Moreover one should try and get experience of various industries but should always keep in mind the stability factor before changing.

Please consider both option and see which one is more worth in terms of value you are going to get from these. Choose the one which you think more valuable in terms of your career growth and satisfaction. Analyze the scope for career growth in both option. See which one gives you a better chance to grow. And whatever you choose please stick on to it even though you face some initial difficulties.

Dear Swati
Its better to stay with your current employer, because you have the very short Experience(7 Months). Try to stay for another 5 months(atleast Upto 1 year). Dont switch over within a year.Ups and downs will be there in all the sectors. Try to adjust with your sorroundings and Wait for the better opportunity. Good luck for your career

Dear Shilpa,
See, segment or sector is not a matter. Matter is position what they are offering. Currently u r working as a HR exe. as per ur mail & u got same offer of the position. So it dosen't make sense that u left one co. on same position and joining the other one on same position. Yes, if u get some higher position in other co./segment/sector then only u can make ur mind to change the current one.
I hope it'll solve ur confusion.
