I'm Working In A Pvt Ltd., Co, Our Emplyer Is Not Paying Our Salary For The Last 4 Months. Even after repeated requests to the employer he is not paying the salary. pls help me in drafting a complaint letter to labour enforcement officer. or suggest what to do

Hello,
You should have salary limit less than 18k to raise complaint with Labour officers under payment of wages act. If your pay is more than 18k, you should approach the labour court.
A normal complaint letter with the document proofs is enough to raise the dispute with labour officers. If the action is delayed, raise the RTI to let know the status of your complaint. It will speed up the action.
