My company enforced to change our Provident fund account number of several permanent workers in current service,I would like to know it would affect any permanent workers benefits or affects to service termination by government rule..........pls reply me immediately as its a question of workers life.... The employer cannot do so. It may happen that the employer might have put all the employees under a different establishment with a different establishment code of EPF. As far as employees are concerned, they will not lose any service continuity provided they give form 13 through the employer by which the amount to their credit in their old account will be transferred to the new one. Initiate filing of form 13 of employees. Regards, Madhu.T.K
