If a company has branches with different PF establishment code and if any branch is getting closed. What is a solution to transfer the PF members from the branch which is getting closed to the other branch?

before closing of the branch the establishment (branch) has filed all ECR and made exit of employees, because unless the same is done by branch , the sub code would not get closed,
now the employee can be enrolled in any other branch and he can file transfer claim, with option to approval by "PRESENT EMPLOYER" and submit the same, present employer will approve the same with DSC and it would get executed by EPFO in couple of days

In that case, PF membership will be continuous or it will be fresh joining as PF member with current employer.

@Shrikant Dmi
as there is no mention of present status of employment on today, so it is deemed that the employees have joined the new establishment. and the reply is based on that ground only
old account will get closed, and whole service history will get added to new account along with the contributions and interest
