take form 13 which is for transfer of old pf account to new account. also ask him to fill form 2 (nomination & declaration in the new company) and submit the same with his contribution to rpfc.

If he has been allotted Social Security Number by the Employees Provident Fund Organisation, that number can be retained. For centralised pay system wherein an employee's pay is released at Hyderabad and contribution is deducted and deposited in Hyderabad, but is transferred to Delhi office of the same organisation, then also the number will be retained. However, if these two establishments have different PF number, then the number will change.
The EPF account number has prefixes as Regional Code (in which region the establishment works) and an establishment code (where an employee works) which will be common to all employees under such an establishment. On assuming duty in Delhi, he will be allotted a new number. However, his past PF accumulations can be trensferred to the new account by sending form 13 duly signed by the present employer.

Form 13 is required to be sent.
For payment of PF challan is same or you can have computer generated challans. Only thing is that payment is made in to the account of PF Organisation and for that State Bank should be able to do that through its clearing system. Naturally, the Banks will not accept cheques meant for a different location.

Hi,
our security company is registered in Delhi. We have a PF code from delhi.
If we have a contract in Noida, (where the min. wages are different from delhi), then do we have to apply for a new PF code in Noida or our previous Delhi PF code will do?
thanking in anticipation.
