Dear Sriya
Since you already have HR experience the time gap should not be a problem. You can mention the exact details in the resume. During the interview you can let the interviewer know the true facts

Hi Sriya,
As you have the relevant exp you can confidently attend the interviews, tell them real reasons of your gap convincingly.
Any company wants competitive resources, thus if you really have the stuff then don worry too much abt the gaps in your profile, that would be ignored.
ALL THE BEST:)

Hi Sriya,
Building a career in HR is beyond the Gaps which you have mentioned. There are many situations where a person is forced to take a gap in his professional career. Also the reason you have mentioned above about the break (Due to Marriage), It is purely valid and acceptable gap.
You shall again start your career as a HR Executive and before that you need to prove that you are still in stream with the profile you had been handling and should be capable of proving that you have not left the concepts and practices that are to be required for a HR Executive.
Prepare yourself and brush up your old experiences and you will win the race
All the best for your career

Hi Sriya,
Dont worry about Gap!!!!
Gap in your career is not a problem for genuine reason.
If interviewer ask about gap then give them true answer with confidence.
Show in your word that u didnt commit any mistake.
And more emphasis on your future career plan.
Only stay positive and confident during interview.
All the best!

Hi Sriya
I very well understand gap in your career and quite justified.. just prepare yourself for situation like when men get married do they take gap of 2 years in career that might give an impression you are not career oriented woman ... maternity leave is still justified...
