I am currently working with Software organization ....in HR Department and i am taking care of all the Types of IT and Non IT Recruitment for the organization ..
On Monday i have to go for one interview ...( i am looking for change )Job is with one of the very big organisation

Since you have specialised in recruitment,see to it that you are thorough with your numbers.For Eg they might ask you your hiring percentage or actual joinees,attrition rate etc.In short I would suggest you to go through your hiring numbers for the past six months.Kindly also refer to the various sources that you have used for recruitment and the percentage share from it.
