Dear Siraj
Thank you for writing to the CiteHR Forum. Firstly please make it very clear that it is illegal to visit Bahrain on a visit visa and search for Jobs. This is not the correct way for a job search. I know people do take this route but they are on a loss in longer run. People who come on visit visas, search for jobs, attend interviews but it is always seen that 90 percent of times these candidates are negotiated for peanuts and they accept jobs on very low PAY scale just for the sake of getting an employement status in the visa category. But this momentary compromise lands them in long term problems. It is obvious when you accept a lower salary you will face n number of problems in carrying on your day to day affairs.
Best way is to get in touch with approved recruitment consultants who are registered with Employment Authorities in India and get some offers from them. You will be taken in Bahrain on standard payments along with all formalities which every job holder is entitled to.
Hope this clarifies some issues coming to your mind.
Cheers
