> Behaviour
> Work days Vs present days.
What are other parameters which can help me to measure the performance?

Parameters should not be specific the scope should be broader find below parameters
1) Performance - Accomodate target & achievements in this parameter
2) Soft Skill - 1) Questionaire 2) Attendance 3) Peers evaluation 4) Team Leads evaluation 5) Client or customer appreciation
3) Loyalty - For his past efforts & Commitment for future.

First this needs to be identified.One needs to be clear if slaes is the only thing or outcome or other things can be taken into consideration via appraising. eg. Hit rate, Retention of customers, potential to do more, area in which he/ she is working, eg. city like Mumbai or Jaipur. Knowledge of the industry vis-a vis the company and so on.
