Hi !
Very often, I have noticed the need for short stories to generate a level of interest in my Out Bound Learning programs. I came across this interesting ebook of short fables which a trainer can effectively use to link conversations and derieve both fun and learning element during campfire chats and informal discussions with the group.
Use these effectively and they will help you build a great rapport with your trainees. Hope it helps !
Cheers

Aesops Fables, Tales from Panchatantra, etc., are AGELESS and afford ample analogies/annecdotes for use during Training. Their meanings/messages reach the participant without missing the target.
