Well, currently m working on HR work flow for a Microsoft ERP called Dynamics (HR Module). I'm trying to dedicate half of my working schedule with Dynamics guys and have to act as an Functional person when it comes to making & consulting of HR related work flow with respect to Dynamics..
Recently I have framed a Hr work flow that can be universal across our office.. ofcourse set of policies and procedures are kept in mind..
anyways .. here is the link that will take to the flow..
<link no longer exists - removed>
just wanted to have comments and feedbacks..
I'll be much pleased if it comes from Functional / techno-functional consultants.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Pritam,
Went through the work flow.It is quite comprehensive. But i just wanted to have a word with you on the offer letter being rolled out to the candidate. Your work flow captures the positive cycle (i.e) the candidate accepting the offer letter. But many a times the candidate does not accept the offer and want some changes to be made and the recruiters/HR personnel have a tough time keeping track of the various versions of the offer letters for a single candidate. I feel you can also map this scenario in your work flow. Otherwise it is good to go. It reflects the best practices followed by the industry.

Hi Satish,

Well, first would like to thank you for your feedbacks but canb we consider it as a part of offer negotiation.. like applicant needs to have some changes in the offer document then can we do that on seprate document heads.. by not divuling from our company Policies.

Like when we hired a Manager - Opers then he wanted to to have his first review in 6 months which we dont do.. but he was best and we needed him ... so without breaking our policies we agreed to his terms.. but that was done on seprate documents which was given along with the Offer letter.

Coming to the Dynamics HR flow.. I suggested my ERP team that if we can include this before "Final Approval" under "Hiring"... as this process is a approval stage... and its before rolling offer (this is cos it should be constant with a bit of flexibility in Dynamics System, at all our Global Offices).. so we found out the solution and tried to put it in one shot..

just wanted to know abt the other posibilities.. can you please share & elobrate it with references.. that will really be helpful.

Thanks & regards
Pritam
