Dear Mike Mukthi:
Thank you so much for your time! I highly appreciate your help.
The attachment provided is indeed informative however, I understand it reads about the KRA's set for an Assistant Training Manager.
You may want to know that what I exactly would need are KRA's for an Assistant Trainer.
Your response is most awaited.
With much thanks again.

Hi

Mike has provided you a very good guideline and if you simply scale it down to the level of the assistant trainers requirements I think you will have a great outline of a suitable KRA on hand. Having said that in my view, the KRA's of assistant trainers would depend on the size of your training institution, the type of training, the frequency and the levels at which the training is imparted.

However very broadly you could consider the following
- for technical training the assistant trainers can focus on imparting the practical hands on guidance especially the support required on computers or machines
- for soft skills training they can help in preparation of the handouts and taking select portions of the module in a classroom session
- they can also help in organizing the outdoor activities, exercises, games etc where you might require support
- get them involved in organizing the more mundane part of the training like organizing the venue, the registration, the requirements at the breaks and collating the feedback etc.
