Dear Sawant / Rashid,
The complete meaning of the discussion thread is about the different ways of celebrating Diwali in OFFICE. I feel your comments stand void and not in line with our fellow members discussion.
Everyone has their own choice. If you feel so, you don`t celebrate, thats your choice. But, do not demotivate & criticize other fellow members and their opinions.
If you wish to debate, would suggest you start a different discussion thread and debate.
Hope you get this right.
Friends: I feel we should IGNORE irrelevant discussions and suggestions which we feel is not worth.
Thanks,
Rishi.

Mr. Sawant,
I completely agree with Mr.Pankaj Chauhan. Celebrating Diwali and exchanging gifts in office is not only duty of HR but of management as well. This is NOT AT ALL RIDICULES but one of the AFFECTIONATE way of the organization to have personalization at work.
By celebrating Diwali, Holi, New Year or Id we made them/us realize that we are Family not just a MONEY MAKING MACHINE for the organization.
Regards
Manali
And yes one more thing - WISHING EVERYONE A VERY HAPPY AND SMILING DIWALI.... (with family and office)
