Hi Hema,
I have recently switched over my job from private to Central govt's PSU. Earlier I was working with Airtel and Idea Cellular. Now my PF with both these private companies is lying idle. I want to withdraw this amount. Please tell me if being employed in any other company, can i withdraw this amount? Some people say yes and some says no. My point for confusion is due to one of the caluse in Form 19 which asks for declaration of non employment.
Please advise.

Hi,
In case your ex-employer runs PF trust of their own per Govt. Regulations.
we have no choice have to get our Form 19 & 10C to be route thru them.
But, no ex-employer bother, whether their ex-employee is getting withdrawl in time or usually delays employee's withdrawl request.
In such case, what should ex-employee do ??
How RPFO could help such employees / members in getting their PF Amount ??

Dear Friends,
Since some establishments serve food on premises, we
need a list of clearances related to F&B outlets also.
In addition, to it for example fire safety, we need to
know how the fire safety licence is obtained, and how often it is to be
renewed. Similarly, the MCD licence, I guess is to permit operations and
would need to be renewed annually, so what are the rules for it.
Once we have the list of clearances, we need to know how to 0btain those
clearances. Then how to renew them, and over what time period. What are the
penalties if they don't happen and finally why should the store manager and
area managers ensure these things are taken care of. How is it in their best
interests?
Help me find solutions for the above said subjects.

WHAT IS ESI & EPF?
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR ESI AND EPF?
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ESI AND EPF?
HOW OFTEN THE EMPLOYEES PAY FOR THE ESI AND EPF SCHEMES?
WHEN CAN HE/SHE WILL BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT?
WHAT IS THE AMOUNT HE/SHE GETS IF LEAVES COMPANY?
WHAT IF HE / SHE WANTS TO TRANSFER IT THEN WHAT HAPPENS?
Request you to kindly check these and if you can answer these as per your knowledge, it will be a great help.

I was working at an engg company from february 2007 till december 2008
Shall I get the whole amount i.e. the contribution of myself and the previous employer or only one ?

in Form 10 c Serial 8 there is a Question of "are you willing to accept scheme certificate in lieu of withdrawl benefits. what does this imply?
